Apple Porridge
MATERIALS:
- 3 slices of apple
- 2 teaspoons of rice flour
- 30 ml milk
HOW TO COOK:
- boil apple for 3 minutes then remove and drain
- use the remain water of boiling to cook riceflour
- refine the boiled apple until it becomes puree
- mix the apple puree and the rice flour porridge
- the last, add milk
- and the APPLE PORRIDGE is ready to serve to our babies;-)
My baby Hanuun had this menu yesterday and how glad to see her eating so well...
